Privacy Notice
How Vellaris Search Group collects, uses, and protects personal information relating to clients, candidates, and website visitors.
Information we hold
Candidate profiles, assignment records, correspondence, and website usage data. Candidate information may be provided by you, by a referee with your knowledge, or obtained from public professional sources.
Why we hold it
To conduct search and advisory mandates, to assess suitability for specific roles, and to maintain a long-term professional relationship. Processing rests on legitimate interests, contract, or consent depending on the activity.
Disclosure
Candidate identity and materials are shared with a client only with explicit permission. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Candidate records are retained for five years from the last substantive contact, client engagement records for seven years from completion, and assessment reports for three years. Retention is reviewed annually and records are deleted or anonymised at the end of each period.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, restriction, portability, or deletion, and may object to processing. Contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@vellarissearch.com, or write to Data Protection, Vellaris Search Group, 14 Cornhill, London EC3V 3ND, United Kingdom. We respond within 30 days.
